Ai Flux Data

How We Work

From understanding your requirements to managing delivery, we build the right teams and processes to keep your AI data projects organized, reliable, and on track.

Build the Right Data Team—Without Building It Alone

AI Flux Data helps companies source, assess, onboard and manage project-ready teams in Pakistan for data collection, annotation, speech, OCR, policy operations, quality assurance, AI evaluation and roboticsdata programs. Choose an onsite, remote or hybrid setup designed around your project requirements.

A PRACTICAL B2B PARTNERSHIP

The Team You Need, Managed Around Your Project

Every data project requires a different combination of language capability, technical skills, quality controls, shifts, equipment and team structure. AI Flux Data works with each client to understand those requirements and assemble a suitable delivery team.

Clients may review shortlisted profiles, conduct interviews or assessments and approve team members before onboarding. Once the team is active, AI Flux Data can coordinate attendance, training, performance, communication, continuity and replacement support according to the agreed scope.

Our role can be adjusted to match the client’s operating model from supplying dedicated resources who work inside the client’s systems to managing a complete project workflow with team leadership, quality assurance and reporting.

WAYS TO WORK WITH US

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

We source and coordinate dedicated specialists who work within the client’s tools, guidelines, shifts and reporting structure. The client controls project instructions and output requirements, while AI Flux Data manages the agreed workforce responsibilities.

AI Flux Data manages recruitment, onboarding, attendance, daily coordination, team leadership, performance follow-up and continuity for the assigned workforce. Quality and reporting responsibilities are configured according to the project agreement.

The client defines the required output, guidelines, technical specifications, acceptance criteria and timeline. AI Flux Data plans the agreed workforce, workflow, quality checks, reporting and delivery within a documented project scope.

Begin with a small paid pilot to test instructions, candidate suitability, tools, output quality and expected productivity. Once both parties confirm the workflow, the team can be scaled according to demand, resource availability and agreed notice periods.

DELIVERY

Onsite, Remote and Hybrid Team Options

Teams can work from an agreed office, project location or clientapproved facility when supervision, controlled access, dedicated equipment or physical data collection is required. Onsite delivery is subject to location, workspace capacity, infrastructure, safety requirements and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Screened team members can work remotely when the client permits remote access and the project’s security, connectivity, device and supervision requirements can be met. Remote delivery can support broader language coverage and flexible staffing.

A hybrid structure combines supervised office-based roles with approved remote capacity. This model can provide operational control while supporting broader recruitment, extended coverage and flexible scaling.

The final delivery model, work location, devices, internet, software, credentials, workspace, supervision and security controls are agreed separately for each project.

TEAM ROLES

Build a Team Around the Work—not a Fixed Package

Roles, languages, experience levels, headcount and start dates are subject to the project requirements, assessment criteria, location and qualified-candidate availability.

OUR PROCESS

From Requirement Discussion to Active Delivery

We discuss the service, required roles, headcount, languages, location, shifts, project duration, platform, devices, security expectations, quality targets and expected start date.

Both parties document the required services, selection process, delivery model, responsibilities, commercial terms, communication channels, replacement approach and acceptance criteria.

AI Flux Data sources candidates against the agreed role profile and may conduct language, technical, availability, device or guideline-based screening as required.

The client may review shortlisted profiles, interview candidates, provide an assessment or authorize AI Flux Data to select resources against agreed criteria. Final onboarding remains subject to the agreed approval process.

Approved team members receive project access and complete the required training, knowledge checks, sample tasks or calibration. Production begins after the agreed readiness conditions are met.

AI Flux Data manages the assigned workforce responsibilities, which may include attendance, scheduling, coordination, performance followup, escalations, coaching and team communication. The client continues to control its project policies, systems, specifications and acceptance decisions.

Quality checks, productivity monitoring, appeals, calibration, root-cause analysis and reporting are performed when included in the project scope. Reporting format and frequency are agreed before launch.

The team can be maintained, scaled, reduced, transitioned or closed according to project demand, resource availability, agreed notice periods and commercial terms.

CLIENT TEAM SELECTION

Select a Team That Matches Your Requirements

Clients can define the experience, language, location, shift, device and skill requirements for each role. Depending on the project, we can provide shortlisted profiles, arrange interviews, coordinate assessments and replace unsuccessful candidates before final onboarding.

Candidate requirements and selection decisions must be relevant to the role, lawful and consistent with the agreed project criteria.
